Well, another in a string of Cardiosol screwups for LXR. FDA requests more information (AGAIN!) on CP-Cardiosol, so no moving forward until at least 3rd quarter of 1998 with IND, so likely trials would not begin until 1999. Whoever is in charge of these applications ought to get shot, since they are wasting the company and investor money every time they file one of these and have it rejected/put on hold. I hope someone got laid into for this.
