If they don't ooze those shares out, then they will be one of the first that ever did this level of reverse and didn't. The float will be 390,000 shares and the stock trading at what $1.50 to $3 or more on the effective date? Hell, Mother Theresa would be tempted to issue a few out of the 50 million !!! authorized they have. And if they weren't going to, why did they only reduce the authorized by a third when they did the 1 for 300? Hmmm??? As night follows day, there will be freely tradeable shares issued after the reverse. TG
