As part of the development of the relationship between USA Video and Callisto Media Systems, USA
Video has negotiated a letter of intent with Callisto to acquire an exclusive licence to market and
distribute Callisto's Voyager video application throughout the US. The licence is for a 12 month period
and is self-renewing upon USA Video meeting projected sales expectations.
Voyager provides any PC client with a browser based tool to interface with media or Web server.
Voyager facilitates the viewing and management of digital video assets, user and attribute databases.
Voyager gives the user complete ability to make the media interactive without editing the media, all from
a browser environment.
Applications where USA Video plans on marketing these technologies include the following:
Distance learning; medical training and databases; archive management; travelogue support to agencies
and tour operators; entertainment; news and sport services; music videos; movie previews and eventually
full length features; and real estate sales and support.
