Do you know how to get information about when the shares were purchased and whether a 5% holder has same responsibility to report to sec as an insider? I didnt see any recent big buys on the insider report but maybe only way for small investor to know about such buys is after the 13g filing. Sure would explain gradual rise of stock if all buys in the last 4 months or so. Thanks for any insight on this.
