Don, I agree and it does not pertain to me either. I have a small position in the stock. I have a copy of the 8-K and I have read it several times. In summary - if someone tries to take the company over, then the named shares will become available @ $4.00. There are a lot of ifs in this and it is a move by management to ensure that "The Company" will stay in current managements hands. When I first bought BRLI, I was thinking what a great buy out situation. Now that I have some research, I would like to see current management continue.

How many companies selling under $2 had a profit of .36/share last year. In fact how many stocks under $2 had any profit. Did you know that BRLI has shown a profit for the past four years. With the additional acquisition we may see over .40/share in a couple of years and I doubt if BRLI is satisfied with the current size of the company. I expect more acquisitions in the future.
