I am currently looking to change brokers. Am now using NDB. would anyone know a
discount broker that provides:

1- No fees in excess of 5000 shares when purchasing BB stocks.
2- Realtime quotes on both BB and "listed stocks"
3- Internet service
4- Allows decimals

if so, please private message me.. Much appreciated.
