Wendy I don't really have time to do DD on this one, but it seems like a middle level telecommunications utility. My initial question is why should one ever invest in such a company. Such companies have high costs and heavy competition so why would a niche provider be worth owning?

Also can we get a track on earnings and earnings potential? Seems as if a lot of their most recent earnings is from a one time sale of a part of the business.

How did this company come to your attention?

Is this a company with a future, and if so why? Or alternatively is it a superior value? These Vancouver listed companies tend to be very difficult to get a handle on. In particular I find that new shares seem to come out of nowhere at the drop of a hat. Dilution is always a concern with these puppies.

Why invest in an obscure company like this rather than the ever reliable BCE Inc, or something like Shaw Cable or Clearnet or Telus?

These are very general comments. As I say, I don't have time to go digging at the moment, but please, bring us what you find.
