i have to say I don't agree with your numbers.
A year ago was .15 ,, not .19

Also to say there has not been a design "win" leaves out the ROK deal, which if you give it any thought is a "design win" ROK could have gone anywhere for a product.
Its okay to be disappointed ,, I am too but don't read too much into a days action. Lets see where we are in 2 weeks.. If we are still down here i will start questioning too.
