Regarding the media, I've noticed the same. They are taking extreme pains to be "objective" now that they perceive the race to be over. I half expect some of these media types to lean into the camera and wink, as though there must exist an agreement with the Dems allowing them to do some CYA in return for the favors of months past. No doubt gratuitous pandering for ratings among the "unenlightened" conservatives. The Dems must've understood their dilemma and given the green light, as long as this "objectivity" is harmless and nothing personal (wink, wink).
