I think there is more to the picture than this. NovAtel must really be hurting on non-WAAS products. They had the biggest quarter of WAAS shipments on record, yet they were only able to post modest results for the quarter. Now there is a warning that there will be significant revenue shortfalls, with only a typical vague mention that the future looks brighter.

I think NovAtel's management has a lot to answer for. With their supposedly superior technology, why haven't they made significant inroads into other markets? And they've always claimed that the WAAS program would be a springboard for winning contracts for similar programs in other countries. Why have we not seen even one such contract, or even a mention that they are in the running?

I see a desparate company grasping at straws. Their relationship with Marconi is suspect. They have fallen way short of their growth projections. I see no reason to invest in such a risky venture when there are other opportunities to explore in this tired bull market.

I'm out at 7 1/2. Good luck to everyone.
