Thean...I, too, have noticed that analysts have been shunning
the sector yesterday and today but I didn't think they were
last week. It seems that the majority of them
were hyping the drillers until earnings were upon us.

Something I find a bit disconcerting is how little both GLM
and RDC have reacted to what were good earnings albeit
expected. Yesterday RDC was down 3/4 and today up 9/16ths.
GLM was up a net 1/16th for the same two days. That's a net
increase of only a quarter of a point for both of these
pacesetting drillers after MEETING expectations...Imagine if
they had disappointed and the effect it could be having going
forward.

Thean, thanks for all your great input and good cheer.
This string is very fortunate to have your good sense and
advice IMHO--
