AT&T Frame Relay outage news.com "The outage started with communications between two frame relay Stratacom switches from Cisco Systems and extended through the rest of the network, according to AT&T. Cisco is the primary provider of switching equipment for the Interspan service." (maybe they should talk to Ascend :-)
