You are not going to like this, but SMITH BARNEY split the cost in half. If you paid 24 5/8 for WMS, your cost would be 12 5/16 for 1.19773 shares of MIDWAY and 12 5/16 for one share of WMS. According to these numbers, you would incur a loss if you sold WMS at the current market price 5 5/8. I am trying to get some kind of ruling as to the real cost of each piece. If and when I get it I will post it here. LEO
