Get a copy of the proxy material with PRLN's annual report. Pay attention to the president's letter and look at the proxy vote for an increase in the authorized stock. My guess is that they intend to merge BIOMAR into PRLN. That is why the increase in stock. This maybe announced at the annual meeting. Time will tell.
