Jim, Why is borrowing better than issuing shares to make an acquisition? The interest and principal are just as much a drag on eps as the dilution. Of course making an acquisition is different from raising money to continue operations and an acquisition can be non dilutive. I'd hate to see them start operating like usts used to. The stock spiked to 2.50 on the most recent news and then fell back to recent levels. I wonder if this is due to the street's view of the cigar business' future now that the government has started its push against cigars. It seems Kran's current good fortune is based on the cigars and its return to their original business will take a while. I wonder how the squid business is doing. Haven't heard much about it lately.
