Jeffrey, I agree, and I will add that Intel's aggressive use of some of those billions to buy up it's own stock, is something which gives institutional investors some peace of mind. Buying 1.8 billion dollars of it's own stock in one quarter tells me Intel does not want to see it's stock drop into the mid 60's. Something AMD/NSM cannot do. Michael
