I would not be all too concerned on this free trading stock. Those who bought in the units can short the stock and replace it! I thought GLE wanted to raise min. of $3M and max. of about $5M. It does not appear that the financing was oversubscribed if they raised only $3M. I am at a loss as to why the stock has jumped up 40% ahead of this financing.
