The globes article had no new news. The way I look at things is as follows. In the past DSSI been able to get cash from TSEMF to fund its different project. No dividend this year. DSSI needs money. So they sold PHD. They tried to raise money for PHD or for it to go public, that was my understanding, I guess it was no go. So they probably need money hopefully geared to comverge (not to the likes of cybercard.) They tried to raise money for cybercard to market it. no go. they gave up no buyers. I do hope comverge be a different story. Otherwise value of DSSI will be in TSEMF. since DSI israel is discounted as is mofet.
