Interesting prediction. The price prediction of $32 by year end is quite optimistic. The projected earning for next year has to be significant to keep the the p/e ratio in a reasonable range. Is your price prediction of 32 based on a projection of significant improvement in earning, or just on speculation of possible consolidation of the telcos in Canada?
