Gary, thanx for the warning, but I'm quite risk averse. Before I engage in such a trade I do case studies first. This (CVIA) is another one as I see it right now. I actually became quite EDGAR-literate because this type of investment really interests me but it requires tedious study of EDGAR Files, News Publications, List of Ticker symbols etc. For example when I see "RegS" & floorless convertible debentures - without a fixed conversion price (re:CVIA) I would never touch such a stock until after the conversion of the debenture is complete <G>. There are numerous enounters when the holders of conv. debentures arbitrage themselves out of their risk just by shorting against the box. The fact that they increased authorized to 150 Million would have been enough a warning for me. I didn't research this situation on until now. I first saw the "floorless" do his ugly job in EXSO, then in CTYS and right now in CAFE & CVIA. For me "floorless" means DILUTION - a synonym that is. BTW I would really like to know what AXSS contains right now. They don't file with the SEC anymore <G>. Do You or anybody else have a glimpse what they are at ? Same holds true for GRAY... best wishes CROSSY
