I havent really wanted to jump back into this hornets nest... but there have been many requests sent to the SEC, already some are requesting a trading halt... bringing this to a grinding halt.... sec.gov and the NASD is www.NASD.com There is another angle hopefully if the proper paper work hasnt been filed we can try to delay all this, get a temporary halt, anything in order to sort this mess out. I dont like having to resort to this, and wish it hadnt came to this, each and everyone of you proceed for what you feel is right, for yourself. If I owe any of you an apology for my posts, or if anyone feels my post has mislead you I owe you an apology, I posted what I felt was the truth as I knew it, and have never seen a FUBAR like this one.
