1) Judge Jones and Judge Aterton phone call has occurred in the
last few days
2) Defendants counsel has been told by Jones Clerk that this
decision is imminent
3)WIEN must always be high bid market maker, he won't let
any other market maker obtain high bid,
4) this court can either rule in favor of gift or call for a markman
liklihood of dismissal after this time frame is zero, stock must go up
from here
5)some big buyers are around and they cannot position themselves
because the supply has dried up, i'm close to 13d filing
