I called investor relations yesterday and he said for the qtr. they'll met the estimates. I believe 1.5 mil for the qtr. Of course he will not know if they'll do better than that. Too early and that info. will not get out till announcement day. However, he said business is good. I'll be satisfied if they hit the estimate for this qtr. However, I'd like to see them do better than the estimate for the second qtr. of this yr., hopefully, with the earnings of ICverify flowing through by then. The fundamentals look sound both on a macro. and micro. level. I herd some rumors of them pushing out their profit picture after the merger; however, this is only a rumor. They are still on track for the first qtr. of '99.

Technically the stock is looking very good and the news has been good too. Keep me posted!
