Earnings Release: $0.27 (up from $0.13) First Call was $0.27, also. biz.yahoo.com This was sort of amusing: ''We are pleased with our quarterly revenue and profits as we were one of the few companies in the semiconductor equipment sector to meet expectations and plan,'' said Joseph C. Levesque, Aetrium president and chief executive officer. ''However, our bookings for the quarter were disappointing and less than we had planned.''
