Gary, the ugly thing in floorless instrument is that a holder of such an instrument can short the hell out of a stock and will always win because he controls the dilution factor of the stock. The lower it goes, the more stocks he can stock. He can always cover because of the floorless instrument. Limit is shares authorized. Whenever authorized shares are increased materially over issued - like here: 150 Million vs. approx. 20 million AND a floorless is being introduced I smell a rat. Especially when somebody "praieses" this as an investment opportunity. I was a witness of any such things: EXSO, CTYS, CAFE. I lost 30% of my position in EXSO but got out soon enough. I didn't loose a dime on a floorless-situation after that.. best wishes CROSSY
