KAA: I would say you were one step ahead of me, but that would be incorrect, you were one post ahead of me! I was over at the SEC site digging up info on where to direct our complaints. <http://www.sec.gov/index.html> The timing is too close to obtain a "Ex Parte Temporary Restraining Order", I am not an attorney, but I did get one of these once to stop a real estate closing on a shopping center when the Seller refused to pay a commission.... Lets just say I got paid! These guys want to play hard ball... Robert
