Time is running out, and I gave it alot of thought before I posted... I dont like this idea, but as it seems we have been given absolutly no recourse... yeah leaving the current shareholders with a total less than 4% of the company is a flagrant foul.... and way out of bounds, I am certain the SEC will agree. If we are going to loose on this lets make sure everyone is going to loose Jack Arnold and WOTD too...... hey Jacks what was this Reg S all about wheres the money and why are we giving it and more away to WOTD? KAA
