Well, 10K is OK, but no fireworks...

Net revenues advanced by 25%, negative shareholder was reduced some. But cashflow still a problem. No new contract announcements. There will be a PP by a mutual fund, that's the good news. The bad news is they will be offered preferred shares at 15%. That's junk bond status, the kind of terms you give a company whose credit is shot. Current ratio is terrible.

But all the terrible balance sheet facts are old news, so I will asssume they are already in the stock price. If this stock is to move up, there better be some new revelation during the CC, otherwise price will stagnate or slowly deteriorate until some great news comes out.
