I can see why you are coming to this conclusion and hopefully the outcome will be better than you anticipate. But being nothing but an empty shell a day ago don't you think there is a chance for this new company to survive and move forward for everyone's sake?? Eventually the company needs the stock price to appreciate. It has to go up for there plan to work. Hopefully we will have more info tomorrow to give us some more answers. Goodluck,FD
