Slave; I haven't found any thing new that can be considered
remotly reliable, there have already been so many spins that
buying into any rumor would cause me to question my sanity.

Any way even if it was true the motives could be so many why
just to make a list would take half the night. No papers have
been served on any one that I know of, and I have my doubts they
ever will.

It seldom does any good except for the lawyers.
Not long ago I did a search for "Class+Action" I found over
a 100 to 1 ratio. ( 1 settlement for every 100 cases filed )
and half of them for about a 10th of the original claim.
When one is won it's never by the underdog..most always it
goes to the one who has enough power to "fix" it.
Last company I worked for was real good, but they went up against
some big boys ( and took them to court and had a good case too )
guess what they not only lost but were counter sued and now the big company owns the one I worked for.

--------------------------
Lots of noise and thunder but not much in the way of
real results. Money talks and the B.S. walks, if there is
any man made justice in any legal system I've seen it's
for sale to the highest bidder. And I've been around.
