Phil,

VicAppl had a post on Yahoo earlier tonight (message 13577) that got me thinking. I urge everyone to read it.

IMO, Vic is correct that its not in Apples best interests to blow away the estimates. They need to continue to exceed but not over-inflate future expectations. If you were Jobs and you wanted to peg a great number, I'd say that .25-.30 would be it. Shows nice progress.

Also remember that the 7 million options are priced at closing price of Shareholder Meeting.Would they want mid-$30's ?

I am amongst the most bullish here on sales/profits, but would they really want to report big numbers .... ????
