Thanks alot BIGFRED . . . makes sense to me. I actually live about 1 1/2 miles from the New Mexico border, but about a 4 hour drive from Alb. I'd already planned on going to visit (I want to see one of those bb's), but probably can't do so for at least a few weeks. Thanks again . . .

Hi Richard:

It has been almost 3 weeks since you sent me that message, and I see from your profile that you would be a perfect candidate to visit ADOT. Being a business man yourself I believe you want to make sure to see Leslie (the president of ADOT). Would a five pounds of chocolate tempt you to do it soon.

What we want to find out:

1- Does ADOT'S BB look impressive? is it clear, is it a winner?.

2- How is their cash situation?

3- Does the company have to file a form to report that they are selling more shares?

4- Are they on schedule to deliver one or two BB in June, 98, per their press release in February, 98.

5- When are they going to report audited results?.

6- If ADOT will increase ownership of Biomoda, where is the money coming from?

7- How many BB do they think they will deliver this year.?

8- In the 1997 report it says that they purchased a company by the name of PLZTECH (not sure the name is spelled correctly), what is this company accomplishing for ADOT?

Finally, I want to thank you in advance for volunteering to make this trip.
