Ay,

The Chess Game: We're into the last stages. Probably another three or four moves and we can both say to each other, "Ha ha, you didn't beat me". It will to all likelihood end in a stalemate. I probably should have been able to make a win out of it, but it is hard to say. An exhausting way to basically finish the way one starts . . . even.

So did you not go into the worm business? I remember the one and only time my family went to visit my aunt and cousins in Nebraska on our way to the Black Hills of South Dakota (beautiful country) for summer vacation that the person who used to live in the home before they did, raised worms for sale. This was proven by taking an electric rod and sticking it into their backyard. The rod put enough electricity into the ground that the worms would come to the surface. An interesting way to keep them don't you think. Oh yes, it was recommended that one remove the rod from the ground before beginning to pick up the worms. I found this out the hard way. <g>

The reason I made mention about the Toronto Stock Exchange was because I noted that on the Nightly Business Report on PBS when they give the closes for the other exchanges around the world, it said closed next to the Toronto market. I also noticed that several exchanges were closed last Monday (yesterday). It was business as usual here in the states as far as I know.

Well PTL!!, the oil fill tube for the trany on my truck fit!! I had to wait 4 weeks to get it. Can you believe such a simple part could be so hard to find. (Oh, did I forget. It was for the C4 trany I put in my '70 Ford). I got it through a Ford dealership. I thought it was pretty funny when it came to one used parts dealer I called. The advertisement for their ad in the yellow pages is, "If we don't have it, we'll find it for you." I called them up, and they don't have it. So how could they get me the part?, by selling me another transmission! I laughed. I thought about telling them they should change their ad, but knew it wouldn't do any good.

(Breath). I'm jabbering. Talk at ya another time.

Stay well,

Mike
