On-Site Sourcing Announces New Info Technology Group
This can't hurt!
Will Target Lucrative Mid-Sized Legal Firm Market

ARLINGTON, Va.,--On-Site Sourcing, Inc. (Nasdaq: ONSS - news)
announced that in March 1998 it formed a new Information Technology Group that will provide a full
range of technology services to a targeted sector of professional services organizations. On-Site's IT
Group will provide clients with performance evaluation, systems design and integration, training and
network management services areas in which law firm IT departments especially have lagged behind.
This represents a major market opportunity for ONSS that the Company intends to fill.

On-Site Sourcing's President, Christopher J. Weiler, said that On-Site has gained extraordinary
expertise in understanding the technology needs of law firms through its extensive experience in
facilities management, business process and document management in the legal industry. Weiler noted
that law firm IT departments have come under great stress over the last several years because of the
tremendous change in information technology and the volatility of the technology labor markets.

Commented Weiler, ''Law firms are being pushed by their clients to keep pace with developments in
information technologies. Clients are demanding network compatibility. At the same time, there is
tremendous turnover in information technology employees. Trained people in the IT field are hard to
find and harder to retain.''

Weiler continued, ''We believe that this presents On-Site Sourcing with a business opportunity. Law
firms can out-source their technology function to On-Site Sourcing that will provide state-of-the-art
systems integration and technology facilities management services. We will be the best available
service provider because we are focused on one vertical market that we have come to know well. To
us, this is also a high-margin, high-growth business which we intend to expand on a national scale.''

Lance Waagner, Chief Technology Officer of On-Site and head of the Outsourcing Division,
commented, We are excited to be part of On-Site s Technology Outsourcing Division and believe the
approach we are taking will distinguish us as a market leader in law firm technology outsourcing. We
are able to provide a complete technology solution, including network support, application development,
training and help desk services. Using a shared resources approach, we control the costs of legal
technology by spreading the research, development and deployment of standard legal applications
across many firms. Waagner and his management team encompass more than 15 years of combined
law firm technology experience, all of them spent within a law firm environment.

Originally focused around time and billing systems, law firm IT departments are being driven now by
new client/server applications, requiring new IT expertise that is essentially unavailable to them
because of the demand for these people in other industries. Now the competitive law firm must
address E-mail, the Internet, Web Pages, databases, document assembly, recurrent technology
upgrades, Year 2000 compliance issues, software applications training and research tools.

''We have now assembled a team of top IT specialists experienced in supporting legal applications and
services and have fine-tuned their ability to handle medium-sized law firms. These firms are too small
to attract our competitors yet make a very lucrative market segment,'' Weiler said.

On-Site Sourcing provides facilities management, digital imaging, document management, litigation
support and reprographic services throughout the East Coast. On- Site's clients include law firms,
corporations, non-profit organizations, accounting and consulting firms, financial institutions and other
organizations. On-Site currently operates in the Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, New York
City and Baltimore markets.
