Big volume the last few days. I doubt investors think another suitor will come along and make a higher bid, more than likely it is an arbitrage play.

I still think Architel got the company way too cheap. Of course Accugraph insiders will be allowed to cash in their options. It is very convenient that the takeover will take place just after a large block of stock options becomes vested and allows insiders to buy them and submit their new shares on a quick and easy flip.

Of course those of us who are mere shareholders don't get that sort of easy cash.
