Norm, certainly Win98 is not the compelling upgrade that Win95 was. But I think Win95 was the anomaly, not Win98. If you look historically, most O/S upgrades from ANY vendor/platform are more evolutionary than revolutionary, and Win98 indeed fits here. Moreover, the "evolutionary" upgrades were always equally pricey; so I don't think complaints against Win98's price hold credence.
