All,

I just sent an email to John Reed Stark, who appears from his SI profile to be a representative of the SEC:

Member 3038133

I also copied enforcement@sec.gov and enforcement@nasdaq.com -- not sure about this last address, I just guessed at it!

Anyway, I asked them to look into what happened today with PAIR. Maybe I'm overreacting, but the more I think about it it seems obvious that there was something fishy going on this morning.

The thing that really bothers me is that the market manipulators picked the price at which PAIR would trade most of the day, and set the ask there before the market even opened! The bid price on my r/t quote did not change from $23 9/16 until just before the market opened. And we barely broke below $21 today -- this was the price the manipulators chose for the open.

If you feel the same as I do, go ahead and send them an email. Maybe if enough of us complain about it they will do something.

Or if you thing I am overreacting, please explain why.

Thanks,

Greg
