Correct me if I am wrong. I somewhat got the impression that the 1,100 simultaneous calls do include no-busy periods.

I do not really understand what you are doing here. What do you mean by:

- # of lines needed for 100 users?
- 16 lines per 100 users gives 418,750 subscribers?

I hope you can restore my faith back on this Iridium Project.
