Sounds interesting. I will be sure to look into it. What special interest groups or newsgroups are good? I know it depends on your interests, but I seem to be interested in so many things I wouldn't know where to begin. Just to clarify, are the interest groups message boards and are the newsgroups e-mails services? I get some news sent by e-mail, but I'm not sure if that is what you are talking about. I have Netscape Navigator 4.04 and it has a discussions function but I never really use it. I should really get more familiar with my web browser.
