I work for a bank and we have a similar per item fee on each Visa/MasterCard transactions. We also charge a pecentage fee on the amount of the transaction. I would assume that Cybercash would have the same structure.

On larger customers, (those with high dollar and high volume) I would suspect that CyberCash has a lower per transaction fee then $0.30 per item fee
