To Wayne, Milk, or Anyone:
Couple of thoughts/questions -
1)The press release may may have a correction tomorrow to from 50,000,000 to 500,000 which would be the correct division of 150,000,000 by 300. Press releases get corrected all the time and intentional or otherwise - it could happen.
2)Can they even do a reverse split without a vote whether they have a majority or not??? I was caught in one of these once before and they at least went through the formality of a vote. Along the same line, if they do, in fact, want to have 50,000,000 shares will or will not that also require a vote???
3)After hours there was a very large trade at .015, does this have any significance in relation to what may happen tomorrow???
I haven't a clue about any of this - that's why I'm asking.
