Schoch,

They own exactly 26%, which is 4.8 million shares. This is based on the last 10Q, which was issued last week of March. I confirmed this with a call to TSQD.

The other two figures you refer to where pre-private placement days. TSQD used to own 80%, that was reduced to 37% after a big private placement in which new shares were issued. Then there was another private placement. Fujitsu owns 19%. As you can tell, TSQD is hanging on to the shares, but as new shares are issued, TSQD's total as a percent of all shares goes down.

The question for investors is this: Will the DR IPO lead to printing of new shares, or will the offering be based on the old shares of insiders and beneficial owners? The latter would be much more favorable. A second question is, will TSQD share in the reveue stream from DR? I suspect the answer is yes. TSQD already reports DR losses on its balance sheet, so they would report profits as well. Besides, they share a CFO, a President, and office operations.
