An open letter to Mr Compton, president of STRR. To have a nice move on STRR stock; you need a glamorous plan. To execute the plan, you need a mile stone published. To make money is in the schedule, since to acquire is to turn around companies. Private placement or pooling of interests are all part of the game. But most important is every one knows the schedule is being met; so the stock valuation is based on the potential and not the past.
