WIEN is obviously trying to establish a long position in the stock because when another market maker goes high bid, that is higher then WEIN, WEIN immediately joins them even when the volume has not changed, this is the first time in over a year that WEIN has even been active in the stock, for the last year prior to a week ago, WEIN was never even near the inside market of bid and ask. Madeline this train is pulling out of the station are you on board at the discount rate or are you going to wait and pay the premium fare? rosen
