Teddy, you're up on the Offshore Rig Locator. Would the range for jackup rates refer to contracts entered into in the particular month or to all contracts in effect that month (including those entered into previously)?

Obviously, if the latter is the case, then current rates would be substantially lower in order to bring the average down.
