ZE's debt needs to be restructured. Either their creditors will take shares to replace some of the debt, or they go into chapter 11 to restructure. I don't think other companies would buy them out with today's debt. Other companies(LG), would be interested in buying the assest out of a bankruptcy.

Their name and products are valuable.
