William, 3rd Qtr warning is old news. The company stated in January that the next two quarters were going to be flat. We just saw the first of such. With Intel releasing the new processors which utilize the faster bandwidth more news will be out that should shed light on the future use for Rambus technologies. Long and look forward to later this year. Tom
