Usually there is a large spread as MM try to figure out where to place bid to ask. I love the enthusiasm on this thread. The following is wonderful. As far as JVs. If DGIV doesn't get them now, as they continue to build they will look even more and more attractive with each deal. That is where they build credibility. Adding a JV with ANY powerhouse name and that's instant credibility. Looks like a big pop today. Good luck all... Miller
