I was able to get through to Edmund Glazer just a minute ago. The information is verified. Since the Fibronics acquisition occured in this quarter, MRVC will take a one time charge in the third quarter. The actual earnings per share will obviously be highlighted in the quarterlies still due out Monday. When I asked if the Fibronics was the reason for the extra time to finish quarterlies, Edmund said not really, but it did add to the work. He also mentioned they were only a few days past when they generally file, but still on time. I also thanked him from all of us regarding the Barrons article. For those of you who havent spoke with Edmund Glazer, this man is great in giving out information. Direct and to the point along with extremely helpful. If you ever call you will understand exactally what I mean. Regards, Sam
