RD, I am indeed still aboard. I haven't requested/received an investor pack yet but did communicate via e-mail with the Chairman, Frank Pascuito. He wrote: "We are actively seeking a new primary market maker. Our press release generated a lot of interest. As Stated in our release we see this as a opportunity to obtain a high quality market maker. We are moving as fast as possible. Like yourself we had no information on Duke and Co. closing. Continue to check our web site for updates, we are also putting together a mailing to all shareholders in the near future.
